The staff was friendly and the facility was clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool area, which seemed perfect for relaxation.
Yet, the room had an odd smell and the air conditioning struggled to keep it cool. Additionally, the elevator service was unreliable, leading to long waits.

Beautiful property but loud disturbances
We enjoyed the beautiful interior and the energetic environment, but unfortunately the loud pool party music made it hard to relax and sleep during our stay. The room was nice but had an odd smell that could use some attention. Staff were polite and the accessible features were well implemented.

The complimentary homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful surprise. However, the elevator issues were a major inconvenience, frequently out of service and causing long waits for guests. Additionally, the flickering bathroom light was more than bothersome, and it took far too long for housekeeping to address visible trash left in the hallways. The overall comfort of the king room was satisfying, but these service lapses detracted from the experience significantly.
